PRECAST CONCRETE PRODUCTION EMPLOYEE
📌 Job description:
We are looking for employees with experience in the production of prefabricated concrete elements. The work involves preparing forms, reinforcement, and producing and finishing prefabricated elements in accordance with the technical documentation. The position requires accuracy, independence and teamwork skills.
⚙️ Responsibilities:
- preparing forms and formwork for the production of prefabricated elements, - pouring concrete into forms, vibrating and finishing elements, - making and installing reinforcement in accordance with the technical drawing, - quality and dimensions control of finished elements, - performing minor maintenance work on tools and machines, - maintaining order and observing occupational health and safety rules, - cooperation with the production team.
✅ Requirements:
- minimum 2 years of experience in the production of prefabricated concrete elements, - experience in the production of more advanced elements, such as sandwich panels, stairs or balconies, - ability to read technical drawings, - practical approach to work and independence, - ability to work in a team, - communicative knowledge of English (B1/B2), - category B driving license
🎁 We offer:
- Dutch employment contract, - long-term employment (minimum 6 months), - 40 hours of work per week (Monday-Friday), - salary €15–19 gross per hour, - approximate salary €600-700 net per week, - weekly payouts (Thursday or Friday), - accommodation in an apartment (single room), - company car, - possibility of using health insurance (cost €38.50 per week, includes access to a general practitioner), - protective footwear provided and stable employment in a modern production plant - basic hand tools (may be provided by the employer)
