OPERATOR / PROGRAMMER OF CNC MILLING MACHINES
📌 Job description:
We are looking for an experienced CNC milling machine operator/programmer to work in a modern production plant. The work involves independent programming, setting and operation of 3- and 5-axis CNC milling machines controlled by Okuma OSP, Heidenhain or Fanuc systems, in the production of single details and short series for various industries.
⚙️ Responsibilities:
- operation and programming of 3- and 5-axis CNC milling machines, - independent setting of machines, tools and processing parameters, - programming using OneCNC or Esprit CAM software, - reading technical drawings and 3D models, - quality control of manufactured elements and measurements, - monitoring the machining process and making necessary corrections, - cooperation with the team to optimize production processes.
✅ Requirements:
- several years of experience as an operator/programmer of CNC milling machines, - experience in setting up and programming machines independently, - knowledge of Okuma OSP, Heidenhain or Fanuc controls, - experience with OneCNC or Esprit CAM software will be a great advantage, - ability to read technical drawings and 3D models, - experience in operating 3- and 5-axis milling machines, - accuracy, independence and attention to quality, - communicative knowledge of English.
