VERSATILE CNC OPERATOR – TURN/MILLING MACHINE
📌 Job description:
We are looking for an experienced CNC operator with the ability to operate both lathes and milling machines. The work mainly involves setting up and operating CNC machines in the production of single elements and short series for a global manufacturer of pumps, valves and mechanical seals.
⚙️ Responsibilities:
- setting and operating Okuma and CTX510 CNC lathes, - setting and operating CNC DMU 5-axis milling machines, - work on machines with Heidenhain iTNC 530, OSP and Siemens Sinumerik 810D controls, - working with ready-made CNC programs (without the need for advanced programming), - selection and replacement of tools, - reading technical drawings, - taking measurements and checking the quality of details, - ensuring order and safety at the workplace.
✅ Requirements:
- several years of experience as a CNC operator (lathes and/or milling machines), - experience in setting up CNC machines independently, - knowledge of Heidenhain, OSP or Siemens Sinumerik controls will be a great advantage, - ability to read technical drawings, - accuracy, independence and responsibility, - communicative knowledge of English, - readiness to work in a 3-shift system.
