CNC MILLING MACHINE OPERATOR – PROCESSING OF LARGE ELEMENTS
📌 Job description:
We are looking for experienced CNC milling machine operators to machine large elements used in hydraulic systems, such as cylinders and pistons. The work is carried out on modern 3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC milling machines with Heidenhain or Mazatrol control.
⚙️ Responsibilities:
- setting up and operating 3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC milling machines, - preparing machines for production and mounting large details, - processing of large-sized elements in accordance with technical documentation, - making minor corrections to CNC programs, - taking measurements and checking the quality of finished elements, - work in unit and small-batch production.
✅ Requirements:
- several years of experience as a CNC milling machine operator, - experience in processing large elements, - knowledge of Heidenhain and/or Mazatrol controls, - ability to set up machines independently, - ability to read technical drawings, - knowledge of measurement tools and quality control principles, - communicative knowledge of English, - readiness to work in a 2-shift system.
