CNC LATHE OPERATOR – PROCESSING OF LARGE ELEMENTS
📌 Job description:
We are looking for experienced CNC lathe operators to machine large components used in hydraulic systems, such as cylinders and pistons. The work is carried out on modern CNC carousel lathes, producing precise components for the offshore, marine, hydraulic and industrial industries.
⚙️ Responsibilities:
- setting and operating CNC lathes for machining large elements, - preparing and fixing details for processing, - production of hydraulic components according to technical drawings, - making minor corrections to CNC programs, - taking measurements and checking the quality of finished elements, - performing basic machine maintenance, - work in unit and small-batch production.
✅ Requirements:
- several years of experience as a CNC lathe operator, - experience in processing large and heavy elements, - ability to independently set up CNC machines, - ability to read technical drawings, - knowledge of measurement tools and quality control principles, - technical thinking and independence, - communicative knowledge of English, - readiness to work in a 2-shift system.
