Welding robot operator
📌 Job description:
We are looking for experienced welding robot operators to work in a modern production plant. In this position, you will be responsible for operating robotic welding stations and producing high-quality metal elements in accordance with technical documentation.
⚙️ Responsibilities:
- Operation and supervision of welding robots. - Performing welding using MIG/MAG and TIG methods. - Reading technical drawings and work instructions. - Control of welding process parameters. - Visual quality control of welds and measurements of finished elements. - Grinding, machining and finishing of welded details. - Solving minor technical problems related to the production process. - Taking care of order and safety at the workplace.
✅ Requirements:
- Experience in independently operating welding robots. - Knowledge of MIG/MAG and TIG welding processes. - Ability to read technical drawings. - Accuracy and attention to high quality of work performed. - Ability to control the quality of welds using measuring tools. - Experience in grinding and finishing metal elements. - Ability to independently solve technical problems. - Practical approach to work and readiness to optimize processes. - Communicative knowledge of English. - Experience in the manufacturing or metal industry. - Experience in performing minor repairs of machines and devices is desirable.
