Laser operator
📌 Job description:
We are looking for an employee for the position of laser operator at the production plant in Ede, the Netherlands. The offer is also addressed to people without experience who are interested in technology, like manual work and want to acquire new skills. The employer provides internal training, during which you will learn how to operate machines and learn about the next stages of the production process. At the beginning, you will work under the supervision of an experienced colleague who will introduce you to your duties. Over time, you will gain greater independence and the opportunity to develop as a laser operator. The work is full-time, in shifts. Commitment, accuracy and compliance with instructions and safety rules are important.
⚙️ Responsibilities:
Operation of machines and tools used in the production process. Learning to operate laser processing equipment. Carrying out current production work in accordance with instructions. Supporting the team in ensuring smooth production flow. Compliance with safety rules and procedures in force in the hall. Cooperation with an experienced employee during implementation. Gradually taking over responsibility for operating machines independently. Maintaining order at the workplace.
✅ Requirements:
Knowledge of Dutch to understand instructions and communicate with the team. Category B driving license – required. Interest in technology and readiness to learn how to use machines. Accuracy, commitment and responsible approach to work. Ability to cooperate in a team. Willingness to work variable hours. Experience in a similar position is not required. VCA certificate will be an additional advantage. If you don't have it, you can get it at your employer's expense.
🎁 We offer:
Salary: €15.50 net/h – all-inclusive rate. Possibility of free accommodation. Gross salary: €2,700 per month, according to the terms of the offer, plus bonuses. Shift allowance: 14% of basic salary, i.e. 114% of the standard rate. Overtime bonus: 128.50% of the standard hourly rate for the first 2 overtime hours outside the schedule from Monday to Friday and 146.63% for the third overtime and for work on Saturdays. Full time: shift work. Working hours: 05:00–14:00 or 08:00–17:00. Internal training: opportunity to acquire a profession and develop even without previous experience. Support during implementation: cooperation with an experienced employee. Possibility of being taken over by the employer: with good results, there is a prospect of direct employment by the company and further cooperation. Friendly atmosphere: a well-coordinated team and the opportunity to spend time together after work, including: during Friday meetings.
